All wine is fermented and brandy is distilled by Casella in the lower level of the Roxford District One-room Schoolhouse.
Distilled Spirits
Roxford Park is not just a winery - it also boasts spirits made by Casella Distillery. Casella wine is distilled into brandy. While Casella Brandy is the smallest batch, the recent establishment of the distillery means that distilled spirits will soon be available, given time for aging. We will begin to offer tastings and sell unbroken bottles. Thank you for your patience.
