Roxford District One-classroom schoolhouse c.1918

     Interior - Entrance foyer with unisex bathroom, Large great room architecture with one king size bed in loft (requires ladder ascent and liability waiver), one queen size bed on riser and an inflatable double raised Aero-bed in the original vestibule. One full bathroom. Dining table for eight. Wet bar and countertop. Projection theater with recliners. Coffee nook benches with coffee table.

Exterior - Oversize covered deck overlooking the Tasting room and Amphi-stage. Deck is furnished with a nine foot pool table with competition felt, railing and high top seating and flat-top propane grill/griddle.
